ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Franklin Othman State Farm Agency is searching for a good person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an office manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and learn from me how to navigate to solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls, process payments, discuss financial offers, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Work with the office team/agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your office’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Office admin experience (preferably no insurance experience)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to come in the office M-F (weekends optional. )
- Property & Casualty license (required to get these licenses post 90 days of hire) .
Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
