RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the customer service team and manage daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues.
  • Train, mentor, and support customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to obtain professional licensing in the future.
Compensation: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
